UFC 97 is back on and staying in Montreal

As we previously wrote about UFC 97 was having some problems and may be moved or cancelled.
According to CorrusSports the show is not being moved and will remain at the Bell Centre. This comes as a sigh of relief as a move or cancellation of this event couldve resulted in UFC 100 being moved out to a later date.
The UFC 97 card has been finalized and the two larger matchups are Mauricio Shogun Rua against Chuck the Iceman Liddell and Anderson Silva defending his Middleweight Title against Thales Leites. April 18th can not come soon enough.
Unfortunately this probably means that Anderson Silva, Chuck Liddell and Shogun Rua will not be available for UFC 100.
